Summary

This study tests whether a special PET/CT scan using a radioactive tracer called 68Ga-DOTATATE can better detect neuroendocrine tumors (like neuroblastoma) in children and young adults up to age 30. The scan is compared to the standard MIBG scan to see which one more clearly shows where the cancer has spread. If successful, this could help doctors plan more precise radiation treatment for these rare tumors.
