Summary

This study compared two techniques for removing the gallbladder: one that focuses on a specific artery and the back of the gallbladder, and another that focuses on a clear view of key structures. The goal was to see which method leads to fewer bile duct injuries. 300 adults having gallbladder surgery took part.
