Summary

This study aims to improve how doctors check gallbladder function. Researchers are testing whether a snack of protein bars and olive oil works as well as fried eggs to make the gallbladder contract for an ultrasound. They want to find the best time after eating to take the measurement and see if this new method is reliable across different hospitals.
