NCT ID NCT07474818
First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looks at two different types of walking therapy for children aged 6 to 12 with spastic diplegia cerebral palsy, a condition that causes stiffness and weakness mainly in the legs. The goal is to see which approach—walking on a treadmill with added weight or practicing specific walking tasks—works better to improve how they walk and move around. About 54 children will take part, and their walking speed, step length, and overall mobility will be measured before and after training.
