Music and a gentle zap: a new way to help kids walk
NCT ID NCT07331480
Summary
This study tested a new therapy to help children with hemiparesis (weakness on one side of the body) walk better. Researchers combined rhythmic music with gentle electrical leg stimulation during walking practice. The goal was to see if this combination could improve walking safety, balance, and step length for 60 children aged 6 to 10.
