Summary

This study aimed to understand how walking patterns change over time in children with cerebral palsy. Researchers observed 36 children with cerebral palsy and 36 typically developing children while they walked for 3 minutes. They measured step timing, muscle activity, and energy use to find the best points for rest breaks during walking therapy.
