First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a computer program that analyzes video can accurately measure walking patterns in older adults, compared to a special wearable sensor. About 30 people aged 65 and older will walk a short distance while being recorded by both methods. The goal is to see if the video method is reliable enough for future use in clinics or at home.
