Summary
This study tested a 12-week training program designed to prevent injuries in female Gaelic football players. Researchers worked with nearly 200 players to see if adding specific exercises to regular team training could reduce injury risk and improve physical performance. The study also asked players and coaches for their opinions on the program to understand if they would use it in the future.
