Summary
This study tested two ways to reduce pain from carpal tunnel syndrome: a nerve-gliding exercise (physiotherapy) and the drug gabapentin, compared to no treatment. 126 adults with confirmed carpal tunnel took part. The goal was to see which approach better eases hand and wrist pain.
