Summary
This study tested whether gabapentin, a drug usually used for nerve pain, can reduce facial flushing and redness in people with rosacea. Fifty adults with rosacea took either gabapentin or a standard treatment for 12 weeks. Researchers measured changes in redness using a doctor-rated scale and tracked side effects.
