NCT ID NCT06444412

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special PET scan using GA-68 PSMA-11 can help doctors tell the difference between a brain tumor that has come back and changes caused by previous treatment. About 25 adults with aggressive brain tumors (grade 3 or 4) who are already scheduled for surgery will get this scan beforehand. If successful, it could reduce the need for unnecessary surgeries and improve treatment decisions.
