Summary

This study explores whether a special PET/MR scan can detect early signs of heart muscle damage after a heart attack. Researchers will scan 25 adults about 10 days after their heart attack and then track their heart function with MRI scans at 3 and 6 months. The goal is to see if the early scan can predict which patients will develop long-term heart remodeling and potential heart failure.
