Summary
This study tests a short, online writing program called Grow Together, Thrive Together (G2T2) for young adults aged 18-25 and their parents or caregivers. The program asks participants to reflect on disagreements from an outsider's point of view, aiming to improve how families handle conflict. The main goal is to see if the program is easy to use and acceptable, not whether it works. About 60 pairs will complete surveys and three writing sessions over nine weeks.
