Summary
This study tests whether a new drug called furmonertinib, when combined with chemotherapy, works better than the current standard drug osimertinib for people with a specific type of lung cancer (EGFR-mutant non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer) that has spread to the brain. About 380 adults will take part. The goal is to see if the combination can keep the cancer from growing longer and is safe.
