Summary

This study is testing a new way to treat a rare but very serious fungal infection in the chest cavity. Doctors will wash the infected area with an antifungal medicine for three days through a chest tube. The goal is to see if this helps clear the infection and improves symptoms, especially for patients who are too ill to have major surgery.
