Summary
This study is looking at how well and how safely a standard antifungal medicine works for a severe fungal infection in people who also have liver problems. It will include about 40 critically ill adults in China who have both conditions. The goal is to gather real-world evidence to help doctors make better treatment decisions for these high-risk patients.
