Summary
This study looked at whether adding a special stretching and coordination technique (PNF) to strength training and kinesio taping helps people with foot drop from peroneal nerve damage. 48 adults aged 18-35 with nerve injury from trauma or compression took part. The goal was to see if the combined approach improves muscle strength and walking more than strength training and taping alone.
