This study looked at 48 adults with foot drop caused by peroneal nerve injury. Researchers compared two groups: one did strength training and taping alone, the other added a special stretching technique called PNF. The goal was to see if the added technique improved muscle strength and walking ability. The study is complete, and results will help guide better rehab for foot drop.
