Breathing workouts may boost balance in seniors

Summary

This study looks at whether special breathing exercises can improve balance, physical function, and certain blood markers in healthy adults over 65. Forty participants will be split into two groups: one does breathing training with a device plus balance exercises, the other does only balance exercises. The goal is to see if adding breathing training makes a difference after six weeks.
