First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the drug bevacizumab to a precise type of radiation therapy (fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy) can better control multiple brain tumors that have spread from lung adenocarcinoma. About 258 adults with 1 to 20 brain metastases will take part. The goal is to see if the combination delays tumor growth in the brain and reduces side effects compared to radiation alone.
