New pill takes aim at Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary

This study tests an experimental daily pill, FS-207, in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific DNA feature called MSI-H. The goal is to see if the drug is safe, how the body processes it, and whether it can shrink or control the cancer. About 156 adults whose cancer has worsened after standard treatments will take part.
