New combo therapy shows promise for Hard-to-Treat colorectal cancer

Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs, fruquintinib and tislelizumab, can help people with a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer that has not spread to the liver. The trial includes 140 adults whose cancer is stable (MSS/pMMR) and cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the combination slows cancer growth and improves survival.
