Summary

This study compares two physical therapy treatments for frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). Researchers are testing whether Mulligan mobilization or extracorporeal shockwave therapy works better to reduce pain, improve shoulder movement, and help with daily activities. The trial involves 60 adults aged 40-60 who have had a stiff, painful shoulder for at least three months.
