Summary
This study compared two different hands-on physical therapy techniques to see which works better for diabetic patients with a stiff, painful shoulder (frozen shoulder). Thirty-six participants received either Gong mobilization or the Spencer technique. Researchers measured changes in pain, shoulder movement, and ability to perform daily tasks.
