First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding the Niel Asher technique (a type of massage) to standard physical therapy helps people with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) more than standard therapy alone. The study will include 36 adults aged 40-60 who have had frozen shoulder for at least a few months. Researchers will measure pain, shoulder movement, and daily function to see if the extra technique makes a difference.
