Could treating the spine unlock a frozen shoulder?
NCT ID NCT07328295
Summary
This study is testing if adding gentle spine mobilization to standard shoulder therapy works better for frozen shoulder. Researchers will compare two groups of 34 adults with persistent shoulder pain and stiffness. The goal is to see if this combined approach improves pain relief, shoulder movement, and daily function more than shoulder therapy alone.
