New massage technique tested to thaw frozen shoulders

NCT ID NCT07203963

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a specific massage technique (Niel-Asher) and a stretch (Sleeper Stretch) to standard physical therapy helps people with frozen shoulder. Researchers want to see if this combination reduces pain, improves shoulder movement, and helps with daily activities better than standard therapy alone. They are looking for 36 adults aged 40-60 who have been diagnosed with frozen shoulder.
