Summary
This study tested if adding two specific therapies—the Niel Asher Technique and Scapular Clock Exercises—to standard physical therapy works better for frozen shoulder than standard therapy alone. It involved 34 adults with persistent shoulder pain and stiffness. Researchers measured changes in pain, shoulder movement, and daily function after four weeks of treatment.
