Summary

This study looked at two different physical therapy techniques—Gong mobilization and Spencer technique—to see which one works better for diabetic patients with frozen shoulder. 36 adults with diabetes and stage II frozen shoulder took part. Researchers measured pain, range of motion, and how much the shoulder problem affected daily life. The goal was to find a more effective way to ease symptoms and improve function.
