New combo therapy for frozen shoulder shows promise in small trial

Summary
This study tests whether adding the Niel Asher technique (a type of massage) to standard sleeper stretches and physical therapy can reduce pain, improve shoulder movement, and ease disability in people with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). About 36 adults aged 40-60 with moderate-stage frozen shoulder will take part. The goal is to see if the combined approach works better than stretching alone.
