NCT ID NCT07323225

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding nerve mobilization exercises to standard capsular stretching can improve shoulder movement in people with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). About 50 adults aged 40–70 with moderate-to-severe stiffness will be split into two groups: one gets stretching alone, the other gets stretching plus nerve exercises. The goal is to see if the combination leads to better range of motion and less pain.
