First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding pain education and sensory training to standard physical therapy helps people with frozen shoulder more than therapy alone. 21 adults with chronic frozen shoulder took part. The extra brain-focused treatment included learning about pain, identifying body positions, and mirror therapy. The goal was to reduce pain and improve movement.
