New combo therapy may unlock frozen shoulders without surgery

Summary
This study tests whether adding a muscle-release technique to standard shoulder exercises can better reduce pain and improve movement in people with frozen shoulder (stage II). About 58 adults aged 35–70 with shoulder stiffness and pain will receive either standard exercises alone or combined with a latissimus dorsi release over 6 weeks. The goal is to see if the combo offers greater relief and function.
