Summary

This study tested whether adding Niel Asher Technique (a type of massage) and scapular clock exercises to standard physical therapy helps people with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). Thirty-four adults aged 40-55 with stage II or III frozen shoulder took part. One group received the extra treatments plus standard care, while the other had standard care alone. After 4 weeks, the researchers measured pain, range of motion, and daily function to see if the combo worked better.
