NCT ID NCT07310810

First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study compares two treatments for frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis): Mulligan mobilization (a hands-on therapy) and extracorporeal shockwave therapy (using sound waves). Sixty adults aged 40-60 with a stiff, painful shoulder for at least 3 months will be treated. Researchers will measure pain, range of motion, disability, and shoulder tissue thickness using ultrasound to see which therapy works better.
