New Hands-On therapy tested to thaw frozen shoulder

Summary
This study aims to see if a specific combination of hands-on physical therapy techniques works better than standard physical therapy for frozen shoulder. It will involve 38 adults with the condition, who will receive either the new combined approach or conventional therapy for four weeks. The main goal is to find out which method is more effective at reducing pain and stiffness and improving shoulder movement.
