Summary

This study tested a treatment called pulsed radiofrequency, which uses gentle electrical pulses to calm the nerve that controls shoulder movement and pain. It involved 32 patients aged 65 and older with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). The goal was to see if this treatment could reduce pain and improve shoulder function without surgery or long-term medication.
