Summary
This study tested whether adding Niel Asher Technique (a type of massage) and scapular clock exercises (shoulder blade movements) to standard physical therapy helps people with frozen shoulder. Thirty-four adults aged 40-55 took part. The group receiving the extra treatments showed better pain relief, movement, and daily function after 4 weeks compared to standard therapy alone.
