This study looks at whether adding neck and upper back mobility exercises to standard care can improve posture, reduce shoulder pain, and increase range of motion in people with frozen shoulder. Researchers will enroll 40 adults aged 20 to 70 who have been diagnosed with frozen shoulder in one arm.
