Summary

This study looks at whether adding neck and upper back mobility exercises to standard care can improve posture, reduce shoulder pain, and increase range of motion in people with frozen shoulder. Researchers will measure shoulder movement and head posture in 40 adults aged 20 to 70. The goal is to see if these targeted exercises offer extra benefits for managing this condition.
