Summary
This study aims to find the most effective injection technique for treating frozen shoulder. Thirty adults with painful, stiff shoulders will receive injections in either the front, back, or both sides of the joint. Researchers will compare how well each approach reduces pain and improves shoulder movement over 12 weeks.
