NCT ID NCT07513350

First seen Apr 26, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a low dose of losartan, a blood pressure medicine, to a standard exercise program can improve pain and movement in people with frozen shoulder. Thirty-three adults with frozen shoulder will be randomly assigned to either exercise alone or exercise plus losartan for four weeks, and their progress will be checked at four and eight weeks. The goal is to see if the drug helps reduce shoulder stiffness and pain better than exercise alone.
