Frozen shoulder breakthrough? losartan plus exercise tested in new trial

Summary
This study tests whether adding the blood pressure drug losartan to a standard physiotherapy program can improve pain, movement, and function in people with frozen shoulder. 33 adults with frozen shoulder will be randomly assigned to receive either physiotherapy alone or physiotherapy plus a daily low dose of losartan for four weeks. Researchers will compare outcomes like shoulder function, pain levels, and range of motion at the start, after four weeks, and after eight weeks.
