Summary

This study is testing whether injections of frozen platelet-rich plasma (PRP) can help reduce pain and improve knee function in people with osteoarthritis. Researchers will compare frozen PRP injections against fresh PRP injections in 60 participants aged 40-85. The goal is to see if freezing PRP affects how well it works for relieving arthritis symptoms.
