Summary
This study is testing whether offering free health insurance to women in Nigeria helps them use healthcare more, spend less money on medical bills, feel healthier, and participate more in work and household decisions. It involves 4000 women who are part of local women's groups. Half received a free one-year insurance policy, and researchers are comparing their results to the other half who did not.
