New program aims to strengthen frail heart patients

Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week guided exercise and mobility program can reduce frailty in older adults with stable heart disease. Participants will attend weekly sessions with physiotherapists to improve balance, walking speed, and strength. Researchers will also monitor quality of life, anxiety, depression, and medication use throughout the program.
