Summary
This study looks at whether early screening for frailty and loss of physical or mental abilities can help older adults stay independent longer. About 600 community-dwelling seniors in Singapore will receive check-ups and personalized care plans. The goal is to see if this approach improves mobility and quality of life while reducing age-related decline.
