New hope for fragile x: experimental drug enters human testing

Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called MRM-3379 is safe and can help improve symptoms in males with Fragile X Syndrome. About 60 participants, aged 13 to 45, will take either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks to see if it makes a difference. The main goal is to check for side effects, while also seeing if the drug can help with the challenges of the condition.
