Summary
This study tests whether 12 guided exercise and mobility sessions with a physiotherapist can reduce frailty in people aged 70 and older with stable coronary heart disease. Researchers will measure improvements in balance, walking speed, and leg strength, and also track quality of life, mood, and heart events. The goal is to help older adults stay stronger and more independent.
