Summary

This study tests a new drug combination (FPI-2265 and olaparib) in about 85 men with a type of advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. The goal is to see if the treatment can shrink tumors and lower PSA levels by at least 50%. Participants must have tried at least one prior hormone therapy and be in relatively good health.
