First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests a medicine called FP-001 (Leuprolide Mesylate) in children aged 2 to 9 who have started puberty too early. The goal is to see if two injections given six months apart can safely pause puberty and slow bone growth. About 93 children will take part, and the main measure is whether hormone levels stay low after a stimulation test.
